Processing Time
All our products are handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment. During peak periods (e.g. holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer — we'll always keep you informed.

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands on all orders over €75. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a PostNL tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in our shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@chiquito.store as soon as possible. We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
